Fine Jewelry Returns
Effective January 5, 2024
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return to the original form of payment
- Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only
- We will provide an insured, prepaid label. Once the label is generated, you have 2 business days to have your package scanned at a local FedEx location
- Upon receipt of your return, we inspect your item within 10 business days to ensure it adheres to our return policy. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. Please note: refunds to credit cards and Affirm may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your provider. Orders paid via Affirm or credit card are subject to a 5% non-refundable transaction fee to cover processing costs. If your order was financed through Affirm, any eligible refund will be processed through Affirm. Affirm will adjust or cancel your remaining payment schedule accordingly. Please note that Re’em does not control this timeline once processed.
- Merchandise tag must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition
- Final sale items include: personalized pieces, non standard ring sizes or items otherwise marked on the product page as final sale
- Return Abuse Policy: We proudly stand behind our Return & Proposal Promise™ policies. However, to protect our business and customers, we reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to excessive returns, worn or damaged merchandise, or patterns of return activity that violate our Terms of Use.

Proposal Promise™
We understand proposals can be unpredictable. Our Proposal Promise™ is designed to remove the stress.
If your proposal doesn’t go as planned — or if you’d prefer to redesign the ring together — you have two options within 30 days of delivery:
- Return it for a full refund, as long as it is brand new, unworn, with tags attached, and meets our full Return Policy conditions. Rings that show signs of wear (scratches, resizing, damage) may be subject to denial of return or a restocking fee at our discretion.
- Redesign the ring together. While we cover basic design changes, additional charges may apply based on your selections (such as a larger diamond, upgraded setting, or custom work).
- The Proposal Promise™ is limited to one use per customer per 12-month period and is not intended to support serial or event-based “ring rentals.”
We want this moment to feel meaningful — with no pressure and full peace of mind.
Final Sale & Excluded Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, Proposal Promise™, or Trade-Up Program:
- Personalized pieces (e.g., engraved items)
- Non-standard ring sizes
- Made-to-order or bespoke bridal items
- Pre-orders
- Permanently marked down sale items
- Non-jewelry accessories
- Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Orders returned to Re’em without prior authorization may be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense.
Lifetime Jewelry Trade-Up Program
We proudly offer a Lifetime Trade-Up Program for qualifying Re’em engagement rings and fine jewelry originally purchased from us.
Program Highlights:
- Receive 100% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping) as credit toward a new Re’em piece valued at 2x or more.
- Trade-up applies to the entire jewelry item — not just the diamond — as long as it’s in original condition and accompanied by any required grading certificates.
- Custom, personalized, damaged, final sale, or made-to-order items are not eligible.
- Trade-up is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Gift Returns
Gifts are eligible for store credit or even exchange (same item, different size or color) within 14 days of purchase.
Store credit will be issued as an electronic gift card. Promo codes are non-transferable.
Return Guidelines Summary
- Use the provided FedEx label and return within 2 business days.
- Do not use oversized packaging — extra fees may be deducted from your refund.
- Items returned without approval may be refused or returned at your expense.
