AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (referred to herein as “User,” “you,” or “your”) and Re’em Responsible American Luxury (referred to herein as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.reemral.com website as well as any other mobile website or media channel related or linked a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States, with its principal place of business at 1216 Broadway, New York, NY 10001.

By accessing or using our e-commerce website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.   1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York, United States.

  1. CORRECTIONS

Occasionally, there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

  1. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.   1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You further agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as your physical signature.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site. b. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. c. Waiver: The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. d. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations herein without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company may freely assign or transfer this Agreement without restriction. e. Headings: The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
